TASTING NOTES
Colour: Intense red with deep violet hues.
Nose: Red and black berry fruit from our vineyards in Luján de Cuyo, floral scents from high altitude vineyards in Tupungato and leather and black pepper notes characteristic of Bonarda (Mendoza Eastern Region)
Mouthfeel: Red and black berry fruit flavors laced with violet, leather and black pepper flavors. Oak aging adds subtle vanilla and chocolate oak hints. Unctuous, full-bodied, lengthy wine.
Food pairing: Roasted meat, stuffed pasta and semi-soft cheeses.
